In principle, you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity. Should we on the website z. Data protection photo and film recordings

We the State office of the joint offensive for the future through Innovation.NRW (matrix Society for Consulting in Business, Politics and Administration mbH & Co. KG) - process personal data with regard to you or the minor named in the form on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit GDPR

If you have given your consent to this, we will use the photo and film material of the named person/child/young person as part of the public relations work of the zdi.NRW community offensive (you can find more detailed information on the purpose and the scope of the data in the respective declaration of consent).

Providing an email address is optional and voluntary. If an e-mail address has been provided, we will use this to send information about offers, events and other things worth knowing about the joint offensive for the future through Innovation.NRW via the zdi newsletter.

Transfer / Service Provider

Some of your personal data will be passed on within the two branches of the zdi regional office (located at the matrix Society for Consulting in Economics, Politics and Administration mbH & Co. KG and ZENIT GmbH). In some cases, external IT service providers (as part of order data processing in accordance with Article 28 GDPR) can access your data. The service providers act in accordance with instructions, which has been ensured by appropriate contracts. You have the option to obtain a copy of these regulations at any time.  

Storage and deletion of data

Your data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes. The data will be deleted at the latest after the zdi.NRW project has ended or after the statutory retention periods under civil, commercial and tax law have expired.

Data protection declaration when subscribing to the zdi newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to the zdi newsletter at various points. We process your personal data exclusively in connection with ordering and subscribing to our newsletter in order to send you information about offers and events and other things worth knowing about the joint offensive for the future through Innovation.NRW. You can object to this mailing at any time with effect for the future.

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you, as well as information that allows us to verify that you agree with the owner of the e-mail address given and with the receipt of the newsletter.

To ensure that the newsletter is sent to us, we use the double-opt-in procedure. In the course of this, the potential recipient can be included in a distribution list.
