The bundle of energy – a portrait of zdi guru Alexander Kamps

zdi guru Alexander Kamps already passed on his MINT knowledge in the 7th grade - to none other than Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart, the then Minister for Innovation, Science, Research and Technology of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. thank you so much!

Despite his young age, Alexander Kamps can probably be called a zdi veteran, because he was at the forefront when the Gladbeck zdi center I+I=Z was founded more than ten years ago. When he was at school, Alexander took several zdi courses and it quickly became clear to him: the STEM field is exactly the right thing for him. After graduating from high school, he began studying MINT, only to then decide on an apprenticeship in the same field: electrical engineering. During his apprenticeship he was always connected to zdi. At his old school, at zdi courses and at Zambia-AG, Alexander actively helped to promote young STEM students in NRW. And has won several prizes – including the Energy Globe Award with the Zambia AG. A zdi guru through and through!
