Despite the corona pandemic and the associated contact restrictions, zdi is again organizing the popular robot competition. And this year with a special feature: You can take part without having to travel.
This year's theme is "Environmental heroes - with technology for environmental protection".
Dates and procedure of the robot competition
As usual, you start with a registration and receive a Lego set from us for the superstructure. You can order the playing field mat online again at your school address. You can then program and construct your robot during the preparation time and try to solve as many tasks as possible.
We will then invite you to take part in a hybrid competition. The competition day itself will be organized at your school. You simply record your run as an unedited video and send it to the referee team for judging.
The registration and the publication of the tasks are planned for the beginning of March. Participation via video recording with evaluation of your runs should take place in mid-June.
The individual dates, information and downloads will soon be available on the zdi portal and the STEM community platform published.
